We believe that a suitable wine can be created for every taste. Our top priority is careful and high-quality craftsmanship, from caring for the vines to advising on the sale and tasting of the wines.
We are open to new ideas and tinkering with new methods. That is why we scrutinise our work anew every year in order to get a little closer to our vision. In our case, this means that we - three generations of the Fürst family - work together, exchange ideas and take direct customer contact seriously.
All this has led us to where we are now. Since 1996, we have been able to double the area under vines from 3 to 6.2 hectares and expand the range of varieties from 3 to 15. The various cultivations in the vineyard allow us to work innovatively in the cellar. We have been sharing this experience with apprentices from all over Switzerland for around ten years.
We stand behind every single one of our 21 products. The fact that they leave a lasting impression on consumers spurs us on to continue our passionate commitment to princely wines.
