At VILLA Schweizerhof, you can look forward to a culinary experience created by our trainees. For three weeks, the trainees at Hotel Schweizerhof Lucerne will take on the role of hosts and invite you to discover the Japanese art of hospitality.

FUTARI means ‘from two’ and stands for sharing – not only food, but also moments. Inspired by the Japanese concept of sharing, the apprentices create menus that combine variety and creativity. Each course tells a story, characterised by passion and the desire to offer you an unforgettable experience.
