From career changers to winemakers! Freedom, passion, joy – that's what they wanted to combine. In 2021, they took over cellars in the picturesque wine village of Twann that had been used for winegrowing for generations. This marked the birth of Domaine Bonnet du Fou.

In 2002, Jean-Claude and Carolyn Martin founded their Creation Wines estate in South Africa's Hemel-en-Aarde Valley – a little paradise above Hermanus. At 350 metres above sea level, surrounded by cool sea breezes and ancient clay soils, wines of impressive freshness, minerality and depth are produced here. Thanks to sustainable cultivation and a great deal of manual labour, Creation Wines today stands for wines rich in finesse that authentically reflect the unique terroir of Walker Bay.

£Since 2003, organic viticulture has been a labor of love at the former Sitenrain farm in Meggen – established by Erika and Ueli Breitschmid and now run by Nora Breitschmid, operations manager and winemaker. She cultivates robust grape varieties on 5.5 hectares, producing fresh white wines, characterful red wines, and fine sparkling wines. For Nora, Sitenrain is more than just a vineyard: she invites people to share this special place and the joy of good company at tastings and events.

The range of wines from Meggen is complemented by wines from southern Europe – a selection that bears Nora's signature from Lake Lucerne to the Mediterranean.

Tenuta Palmeri is located in Avola, Sicily. There, Nora Breitschmid and her team cultivate 12 hectares of land in the midst of a wonderful landscape, spicy air, and chirping cicadas, producing mainly red wine using purely organic methods. This involves a great deal of manual labor, passion, love, and patience – because the grapes are given all the time they need to show themselves at their best.

Near Zaragoza in Spain, the three Cuartero-Cuarto brothers produce single-varietal Garnacha wines on 15 hectares according to organic guidelines. The Garnacha grape copes excellently with drought, heat, and wind and, thanks to its low tannin content, produces wonderfully fruity wines.

Together, these wines stand for organic cultivation, character, and the joy of genuine craftsmanship.
