The cuisine is characterised by fish from Lake Lucerne, meat from Schwyz and herbs from our own garden. A carefully curated wine list showcasing Swiss vintners completes the offering.

Guest Winemakers: Creation Wines

10 June to 13 September 2026

The menus for each season are complemented by wines selected by guest winemakers, which are carefully paired with the dishes. This creates a harmonious interplay between seasonal cuisine and characterful wines.

The summer menu is currently accompanied by wines from Creation Wines, a South African winery located in the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley. Founded in 2002 by the two Neuchâtel-based winemakers, Jean-Claude and Carolyn Martin, the winery is located 350 metres above sea level in Hermanus. This unique terroir, characterised by cool sea breezes, ancient clay soils and sustainable viticulture, produces wines of remarkable clarity and expressiveness. These wines impressively capture the elegance and complexity of Walker Bay.
