En 2025, la VILLA Schweizerhof vous invite à nouveau à un voyage gastronomique exceptionnel : des vignerons de renom présenteront leurs vins dans une ambiance raffinée. Du printemps à l'hiver, chaque saison offre une nouvelle occasion de découvrir des crus exclusifs et de rencontrer personnellement les vignerons. Un menu spécialement conçu accompagne les dégustations et fait de chaque soirée une expérience inoubliable. Réservez votre place à temps et plongez dans l'univers des vins fins !

Guest winemaker opening evening

A special guest winemaker opening evening is held in summer, autumn and winter. A standardised menu is served and there is the opportunity to get to know the guest winemaker personally.

Programme
On Wednesday, 12 November 2025, the third guest winemaker evening of this year will take place at the VILLA Schweizerhof. Look forward to an enjoyable evening with the charming winemakers from the Bechtel Winery. The winemaker will be there in person, bringing along exciting stories and fine wines. We will serve you a sophisticated 6-course winter menu that leaves nothing to be desired in terms of culinary delights.

CHF 190.00 per person
Including aperitif, wine accompaniment, mineral water and coffee.

Start at 6.00 pm with an atmospheric aperitif, the perfect prelude to an unforgettable evening.

ROMAN HERMANN WINERY


Autumn: 17 September to 9 November 2025

The Hermann family's wine tradition dates back to the early 20th century, when great-grandfather Leonhard was already making wine alongside farming. Today, Roman Hermann cultivates 6 hectares on the Fläscher Halde, including the historic terraces in Fläscher Bad, which his grandfather Hanspeter planted in 1971.

Winter: 12 November 2025 to 19 January 2026

Vines have been cultivated in Eglisau for over 1,000 years, and the sunny slopes of the Grand Cru site characterise the townscape. Since 2008, I have been pressing high-quality wines here with a great deal of manual labour and respect for nature in order to preserve the natural flavour and give the Grand Cru Eglisau the reputation that this top location deserves.

Domaine Bonnet du Fou


Spring: 1 April to 7 June 2026

From career changers to winemakers! Freedom, passion, joy – that's what they wanted to combine. In 2021, they took over cellars in the picturesque wine village of Twann that had been used for winegrowing for generations. This marked the birth of Domaine Bonnet du Fou.
