Markus Stamm steers the fortunes of his winery with youthful enthusiasm and deep-rooted expertise. Back in 1982, his parents, Thomas and Mariann Stamm, took the bold step of planting the first vines in the Thaynger Stoffler. In doing so, they preserved an almost lost family tradition that dates back to the 18th century. Today, Markus combines his parents' heritage with fresh ideas to press top-quality local wines of unrivalled quality.
At Weinstamm, every stage of the production process is in loving hands - from the careful planting of the vines to the elegant bottling. Their passion for perfection is reflected in every sip. Even their wooden barrels are carefully crafted from Swiss wood to preserve the authenticity of our wines.
In the steep vineyards of Thayngen and Stein am Rhein, the vines thrive under optimal conditions. The careful selection of varieties, soils and exposure results in a multi-faceted range of high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir diversity of the region.
