Vinothek Brancaia brings
spring into the gourmet VILLA

As guest winemakers, we welcome the Brancaia winery from the heart of Chianti Classico in April. The Widmer family from Zurich travelled to Tuscany over 40 years ago and fell in love with the vineyard of the same name. To this day, the winery is still family-owned and run by daughter Barbara Widmer. She produces wine with passion and creates a unique drinking pleasure with a clear focus on the highest quality and local typicity. In addition to the winery, the family owns the Vinothek Brancaia in Zurich, which is not only known for its own wines, but also for its wide range of quality wines from Europe and Switzerland. On the guest winemaker's opening evening at the VILLA Schweizerhof, let yourself be spoilt by the Brancaia vinotheque with the best drops and enjoy a spring-like 6-course menu, created by the kitchen crew around Marcel Ineichen.
